Infrastructure Nigeria Limited (PINL) convened a Stakeholder
Engagement Meeting on Thursday, 14th August
2025 , at the Pavilion, No. 1 Bishop Dimieari Road, GRA,
Port Harcourt, Rivers State, as part of its commitment to
